People who are not or think they are not physically fit and do not have enough training to face a long-distance and endurance competition in the water should abstain from participating.

By registering, swimmers declare that they meet the requirements that make it possible for them to participate in the race without causing major inconveniences for themselves, the other competitors and the organisation.

In such a case, registration fees will not be refunded, either in full or in part.

Liability:

The Organisers accept no liability for any damage, harm or injury that, by participating in this event, participants may cause to themselves or to other people or even in the case that third parties cause damage to any participant.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel the registration of any participant at any time.
